PORTLAND — The Franz Bakery Criterium got underway Saturday with sunshine and the smell of fresh-baked bread in the air. Riders traversed the eight-corner, 1 km course around Franz Bakery sandwiched between Sandy and MLK boulevards. Bread, bills and a little bit of beer were handed out as prizes to five categories over five hours of racing. We were there to catch some of the action. Check out the photo gallery.
